Intended for the intermediate dancer, this video introduces more complex movement patterns in Shahrzad Persian Dance Technique. Shahrzad begins with a warm-up that includes a set of arm, hand, and foot positions, introduces movement vocabulary, assembling them into phrases that are connected to form a short choreographed dance. The video ends with a staged performance with Sharhzad and an SDC dancer, performing an extended version of the combination. This video is 60 minutes.
